We have been using the NR-2 for about 2 months now to our complete satisfaction. The toilet roll holder works fine.

Great device...
Dear people,
Great device and meets expectations. The toilet roll holder was packed so tightly with polystyrene on the inside that when unpacking/removing the polystyrene, a splinter of the front cover, where the cleaning agent is located, broke off. If I could receive a new cover, I would be very happy.

I am very happy with this invention.
The only thing we noticed was that when you come back from vacation, the roller has trouble becoming liquid again. It remains a bit stiff. What can we do about this, apart from taking the bottle out and shaking it?

Before you do not use the NR-2 for a long time (vacation), it is wise to put the cap on the lotion.
